Return Policy
At IVÓ, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds on full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Please note the following guidelines:
READY-TO-WEAR (RTW) & CLOTHING
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.
SALE ITEMS
- All items on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
BAGS, FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES
- Bags, footwear, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ACTIVE WEAR & RESORT WEAR
- Active wear. items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds are not available on active wear..
- Items must be unworn, with original tags and hygiene stickers intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability in size or style
PACKAGE PROTECTION
We offer package protection at checkout to safeguard your items against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If purchased, contact us immediately for assistance with any package issues.
IN-STORE STOCKISTS & RETAILER PURCHASES
- Purchases made in-store or through authorized retailers are subject to the respective store's return policy.
- Please refer to the store's policy for specific details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
SEASONAL & CLEARANCE SALES
- All end-of-season, BLACKOUT, Sunset Sale, Black Friday, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless the wrong size or style was received.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Duties and taxes may apply for international orders depending on the recipient country's border laws.
- Items shipped from our European warehouse are free from extra duties within the EU.
- For shipments fulfilled from our US warehouse, additional customs duties may apply.
RETURN COSTS
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless the items received are faulty.
- Delivery charges are only refundable for faulty items.
- Refunds for damaged merchandise will be processed within 3 business days.
