1. Payment Methods Accepted by IVÓ:

• Debit & Credit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Mobile Money



• 1.1 Cash on Delivery: You can pay for your orders in cash when the items are delivered. Simply provide the exact amount of your purchase to the delivery agent in cash or via mobile money using the payment details provided.
• 1.2 Debit & Credit Cards: Pay for your purchases using your debit or credit card at checkout. You'll be required to enter your card details during the payment process.
• 1.3 Bank Transfer: You can complete your purchases by making a bank transfer. Input your bank details during checkout to proceed with payment.
• 1.4 Mobile Money: We also accept mobile money transfers. During checkout, you'll be asked to provide your mobile money account details to process the payment.

Adding or Changing Payment Methods

• To add or update a payment method, log in to your IVÓ account and update your profile. You can also manage your payment options via IVÓ Pay, adding or removing methods as needed.
