Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. Some items may require an additional 1-2 business days to process. During sales or high-volume periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days.

Pre-Order Items
For items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER,' processing will begin on the date indicated in the product description, and times may vary by item. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be fulfilled in two separate shipments—available items will ship first. To avoid any potential delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Customs and Duties Charges
Almost all international shipments are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government.
- Duty Handled Deliveries: Items shipped from our European warehouse will not incur additional duties, ensuring smoother and hassle-free deliveries.
- International Fulfillment: If stock is unavailable in the EU, your item may be shipped from our US warehouse, potentially incurring customs duties.
- Changes to DDP Shipping: We no longer offer Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) shipping outside the EU. International orders to countries in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc., will be subject to duties and taxes as per local laws.
