SALE ITEMS

• All SALE items are FINAL SALE, with no returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

• We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition, including tags and hygiene stickers, for an exchange or store credit.
• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. While we do not issue refunds, you may exchange items for a different size, style, or opt for store credit.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the shipping address on file.

PROCESSING RETURNS

• Returns require 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
• All End of Season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE, and only eligible for return if the wrong size or style was received.
• All accessories are FINAL SALE with no exchanges or returns.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

• Price adjustments are available on items purchased at the original price within 24 hours before a sale begins.
